Shouldn't this remain open for accountability purposes so that the public may track whether this has been done?

This is the problem with SCF in Richmond. Everything should be keyed and tracked in here so residents can follow it. Why can't all complaints be followed in here? Anything not tracked in here requires citizens to track down city workers for updates. Things fall through the cracks that way. It needs to be consolidated and followed here to maintain transparency and accountability.
