I know at least 5 incidents that I'm referring to were reported. And according to PAnow's story this morning, 34 reports were filed just this month....But thanks for your input Mr H.

ya it happen to me about 5 time in the last few weeks but even if i go to the cops, all they will do is take my info put it in some computer and nothing else will happen. there is so much more important stuff happening for them to be bother by a broken window or someone forgeting to lock their car and getting some stuff stolen for it.

save the city a few dollars and have a car alarm installed in your vehicle

Don't keep anything of value in your car and don't lock the doors. That will keep the theives at bay but the vandals don't care one way or another which car window they smash.
