PG&E vault was replaced 6 months ago, they need to return to replace ashfault perimeter with level concrete. The edge around the current ashfault is uneven and is a tripping hazard. Material is deteriorating, this is a high traffic sidewalk. Vault has numbers T-4641 and SW-91754
