As the sign in each park says, call the DPW's Parks Division to report broken playground equipment:

617-349-4885. If this is an urgent matter, please call 617-349-4800.

I heard back from the DPW Parks Division that the signage is incorrect and they have asked DCR to correct it previously as the North Point playground is actually under DCR jurisdiction. I left a message at the number I was given: 617-626-4944.
