I have spoken with the real estate agent and the grass will be cut and the trash and debris removed next week.

I was told that this was supposed to be resolved as well as the lot was supposed to be cleared and mowed. Nothing has happened. What is the expected time for this to be resolved? Evidently it isn't a priority of the agents or the owner of the lot to take care of this issue.
Linda, I have spoken to the owner of the subdivision and will again. He has told me that both the grass and the items dumped will be taken care of. His company is not the one dumping.

I appreciate your help in this matter. Yesterday morning somebody came out and started mowing. They mowed across the street on the opposite side of the road and attempted to mow the subdivision side but left before it was done. They mowed about one line of mowing on the subdivision side. It you pass the subdivision you will notice how sloppy it looks with overgrown weeds and grass and the wood pile of cut tree trunks and the dumped wood with nails in the cul-de-sac part. It is quite an eyesoar. In the past, the subdivision was kept nicely with somebody periodically cutting the overgrowth. At the least the street side should have to be cut.
The lot was cleaned up beautifully. It looks really nice. Thank you for your support in taking care of this matter. The logs and wood have not been cleared but the lot look is clean and neat. Thank you.
