Please tell me these trees are only getting trimmed and not REMOVED. If they are getting removed, there was NO notice given to the neighborhood. These are old trees that add character to the street and our neighborhood; they help shade the houses and the street in the summer. They only need dead branches removed.

This once healthy, beautiful tree is now a 3-story STUMP. Please tell me how this is tree trimming? There is also debris and wood chips all over our yards, porches, and street. How is this helping our neighborhood? Our property values?
