Description

Drivers going south on 11th ST NW during the PM rush keep making left turns from the right lane. This causes them to cross a lane marked for bicyclists to make a right from the middle of the two lanes into the Penn bike lane, endangering cyclists. Further, the additional traffic going left causes a backup of drivers legally making the left in the intersection, many of whom then enter the left turn bike lane without regard for bicycle traffic. Please enforce the turns at this intersection and replace the right/ left turn only arrows that were eliminated during the recent repaving.
