Hi grass is overgrowing and its not even healthy looking..fyi

Thank you for one half done ...now please can we do the other half in which the management company said belongs to the city of New Haven. Fyi grass was so tall a neighbor stated when the management company cleaned up not only was it cat carcass it was also a dog tied up to the fence on a leash..my mom neighbors smelled something wasnt sure what it was..Thank you for one half now can we do the other..thanks so much city of new haven workers
