Been here for months in some form or another. Stolen shopping carts, propane tanks inside the fence. Please clean up the dumping and put a large lock on the fence that is just left open. And maybe some razor wire on the fence.

Agreed! This has been almost a year. I live right across the street and have to walk by it all the time too. It looks like a dump and campground. The dumping is illegal, the stealing is illegal and if a fire gets started, seems like someone will be liable for letting this get so out of hand.Maybe all the things djlan suggests might work.
