Does anyone know if it is really necessary that the trains blow their horns when they pass late at night, 11pm, 1120pm, etc, when in the area of Montowese St? It is so loud, and I wonder if this is a temporary thing due to track work, or a permanent sounding of the horn. It is so loud and in a residential area, so it seems like a noise violation!
