We have cleaned the mud & debris out of the street and gutters. Thanks, PWS

The street & gutters is not the problem. The problem is the thick layer of mud, leaves and litter lying over the sidewalk and water on the sidewalk standing for days after a substantial rain in at least three different areas between Lily Flagg Circle & Hogan.
Also have mud lying across several sections of the sidewalk between Camille & Louis

We have gotten the leaves up for a clear walkway and the mud has also been removed again. Thanks, PWS
