I don't feel safe at all around this guy. he once appeared with a bloody gash on his forehead, holding up a rock in the air, while I was escorting young children. one month later, he apologized and explained that he was just trying to show me a rock he found in the park. my family and i avoid eye contact with him, something i rarely, if ever, have instructed.

I am the original poster and I have posted about this person in the past. On July 24th somewhere between 8 and 9 pm I heard very loud shouting right outside an open window. I had a guest and by the time I made it to the window I could see this bald guy in the same clothes he always wears, walking up the street. My guest was not from Westville. I wouldn't feel safe having friends or family over if I thought I have to just accept this as a part of "living in Westville" so I don't share that opinion and I've lived here for 17 years, far longer than this shouting guy. If someone else is responsible for evaluating his positive affect to our community then he has that person under the wrong impression.
