Description

Emergency no parking signs were posted today. They were NOT posted 72 hours before they go into effect required by law, as they were posted today and go into effect today. also, signs were not completely filled out as days of the week are not marked that they are in effect. It also does not list the blocks or address. CSX is not abiding by laws and 3rd street was never in their published plans for no parking/construction staging areas.
