Description

Parking attendant (NOT a police officer) driving City of Albany Police van felt the need to park vehicle incorrectly, blocking traffic, blocking hydrant and blocking crosswalk just to give a truck a parking ticket for being parked maybe a foot into Lark St. crosswalk. Double standard perhaps? Is breaking three laws to punish someone for almost breaking one really worth it?
