Description

Dog Park Signs need repair. Most of them are either have graffiti or are torn.

This was done by Andy Ross who has moved to Norwalk. Worse is the litter on the sidewalk along Chapel Street. Comcast has always been a bad neighbor. Maybe the attorney for the Smoothly building whose lawsuit is holding up the development of the site should organized regular clean ups.
