Description
I was at Northwest Park today. We go there often with our family and dogs to hike and play soccer. I was horrified by the condition of the goats. Their feet were so overgrown they could barely walk. One of them was limping and preferred to get around by walking on its knees. Their hooves need to be trimmed desperately. In addition, one of them appeared to have an infection in its udder, as one side was swollen and much larger than the other side. I love animals and my children love to walk through the barn and visit with the animals, but they need to be well cared for. A vet needs to treat both goats, and should examine the other animals while he or she is there.
