5/28/15 Thank you for your patience in waiting for a reply. The tree belt is on state right of way. A letter will be sent out to the property owner informing of zoning regulations for trailers and commercial vehicles. i.e. trailers are not allowed to be parked in front of the rear line of the house. If trailer continues to park on tree belt that would be a state issue. The state will be certified on the letter ZEO sends out. Again, thank you for calling this to our attention. ZEO
