3501 San Pablo Avenue, Oakland, CA, I have reported this many times and consciously getting ignored. I do not know what is the deal here? Graffiti on the top floor near the roof on the side(not on roof) taking the entire width of the building at the south side by the fire escape exterior steps (look up). Many times the city inspectors close it and say they have not seen it. Graffiti is visible 2 miles away and been on Google map. Same graffiti had been there for a year and 4 months. Now 1st floor of this building at 35th street side getting graffiti as well. Please ask the property owner of this building to remove all graffiti or fine the property owner daily until he remove the graffiti. This is one way to build city of Oakland budget shortfalls beside tax increase.
