Description
Homeless people are smoking pot and drinking alcohol at the bus stop located here in front of the Shoreline Library. This activity started shortly after Tent City 3 appeared down the street. They're not allowed to use drugs or alcohol in the camp so they walk up the hill to that bus stop to do it. They seem to be out there from 7:30 - 10:00 on the weekdays.
