Description

Customers from the restaurant at 754 State St continue to ignore posted residential zone 3 parking signs. They also use several residents porches to sit on and smoke. I had to asked them to please not use my porch as a hang out while smoking on 4 separate occasions today alone (and it's only 5:30). I can't even open my windows to enjoy the nice weather unless I want to smell cigarette smoke.
