Second week two chairs and a desk not picked up. I have made numerous call to 311 and have even been transferred to public works dispatch. 311 said that public works notified. Called Mayors office, she was unable to reach anyone in public works.

A case was created for pick up, case number 82016, on April 30th. It was sent immediately to Public Works Sanitation Supervisor to attend to the issue. During the week, we've contacted the dispatcher because of the non-compliance, and they assured us it will be handled.
That is what we have at the moment.
