Description

The house is falling apart; there are rotting windows and frames and other rotting structural issues all around the house

There is also a massive dead tree in the back that periodically drops sections into adjacent lawns causing damage to property and endangering lives. The homeowner will not respond to requests to have tree removed. Perhaps the city can motivate her to take care of this property that is sitting empty in disrepair.
