Just wanted to note that this was not made up (ie not 'alleged'). I saw this driving home the evening before this was posted but could not tell what they were since it was dark.

Could it be that someone "illegally" dumped it on our sidewalk?
I spend a lot of time picking up thrown out trash bags from fast food, empty liquor
and beer cans., and various trash migrated over from Edgewood School .

I feel victimized unjustly, because I clean up the sidewalk DAILY and NEVER saw these
cans!
