Con artist regularly stands outside of the City Tavern claiming to need help accosts pedestrians. Poor tavern to have this scammer right out front. She actually faked crying in front of my 7yr old who asked me why we weren't helping. No shame! The federal security guard by the customs house warned us of the ploy as we passed. I explained the actual situation to my son. Now I pass and say - no way. Why don't the police fix this situation. I give money to the down and out occasionally, the disabled often, and the One Step Away salespeople every time. This Scam artist needs to go!
