UNABLE TO READ THE TAGs, ONE OF THELIGHTS OUT HAS A STOP SIGN ON IT THE OTHER IS WEST OF IT ON OTHER SIDE OF STREET THE 3 ONE IS TO THE EAST OF IT WITH A NO PARKING SIGN ON IT. THESE HAVE BEEN OUT FOR OVER A YEAR AND A PEDESTRIAN WAS KILLED 6 WEEKS AGO ON THIS STREET
