Description

The grass between the sidewalk and street at this property is now b/w 2 and 3 feet tall, as it often is. The hedges are overgrown to make the sidewalk impassable. While i believe the property owner is responsible for maintaining the Laburnum side as well, that is where the grass is 3' tall and often the city has to come cut it. Appreciate help in getting the grass in front and beside cut! Thank you.
