Description

Why is the signal at Whalley Ave and Harrison set to include the side street in a cycle loop? In other words why is the light on one of the heaviest travelled roads in the city turning red for no reason? I hope this isn't the "solution" to faulty lights. I've seen this at Yale and Edgewood Avenues. Let's fix the lights please!!
