Description

This report is not about graffiti, but about loose litter (could you please add "litter" as a category?). I am attaching a photo of the location that has a lot of loose litter. All alongside the inside and outside of the fence on the west side of Midland Ave and both sides of Prudential Drive. Also, that vacant lot beside 100 Prudential Drive looks so dumpy. I don't know who the owner of that lot is, but they should be responsible for cleaning it after each winter. A mower comes in there and mows over the litter and shreds it all up and it looks like an eyesore. The red lines on the map show the areas that I'm talking about.
