The Code Officer made contact with the property owners, who will repair the shed after the baby birds leave, best guess of mid- to late July.

The officer reported that the birds are still nesting.

Please note: Black Vultures are migratory birds, and as such Federal regulations prohibit disturbing them while nesting. Black Vultures incubate their eggs 26-48 days, then both parents bring food to the hatchlings for an additional 75-95 days until the young are capable flyers. Therefore, they are not yet done nesting.
