Description

Vehicle has parked here every day for about 2 months. No permit of any kind. We've seen the driver pick up parking tickets and throw them away. Always parks between Maryland, 2nd, 3rd, and C Streets NE.

We sincerely appreciate it, but it has not deterred the vehicle from parking here. Re-opening this as a standard RPP violation now since it's already been flagged for ROSA. If it's still around on 6 June, hopefully it will be impounded per the ROSA policy.

Parked at 235 C St NE today and has attempted to cover up its license plate with some kind of plastic. Simply refuses to park in a legal area.
