Description
On February 22 2012, My son, my Personal Care Attendant and I were heading North on Route 99-Broadway, almost coming to the Rte. 16 rotary in Everett, when we hit a massive hole on the road, as we past it my vehicle started to make a claking noise, we were on the way to Market Basket on Everett Ave, when we got there we shopped and went on our way back to Boston, we were looking to go onto the Tobin Bridge, because I just had surgery and we were trying to get home soon, when the car started making a terrible noise, my son and Zulemi my PTA, came out to figure out what it was, we thought it was a flat, but it was not, the car was not able to move, we called AAA, I paid $45 to them for the miliage and they towed it to my mechanic at South Shore Chrysler, where they found that because of the impact on the road, my vehicle suffered the damage as what they called: Left front wheel separating from impact, the damage costed me $ 641.12, plus the $45 for the towing. I would like to file a claim to get my money back. Today I was felling better and my son and I went to the same place and took pictures of the hole. Please tell me how to file- I am including just one picture, that allows the site, but I have more if you'd like, it is a very bad pot hole.
Thank you
