Description

The sidewalk outside of the house is about 75% over grown with huge holes of dirt that hold up to 6 in of water when it rains. The water is increasingly getting worse. It started as a small puddle and has grown/deepened exponentially. The concern is the sitting water housing mosquitoes (by proxy transmitting diseases that come from them) and the fact that there are small children that could drown in it.
