Grafitti on the Market Parking Garage, the posts under the Viaduct and on the Security Fence under the Viaduct. There has been almost NO Grafitti in this are for the past several years. Recently the Seawall Project put up a security fence to secure equipment. The fence has been cut and transients have returned. Also Graffiti has been brought in. It looks like the are is inaccessible so they have tagged it heavily. Since the city requires every building owner to remove graffiti in48 hours, I think the SDOT, SeaWall, and the Market should be responsible partners in this issue.
