There is a private refuse disposal company collecting trash for condos on St John St between 3:30 and 4 am every week. They wake up the entire street with the noise which is violating the noise ordinance (back up signals and general disturbance. Since this is now happening every week I will try to get a photo next week in the dark but they should be held accountable for this unlawful activity.
