Description

There is a whole section of sidewalk that has been dislodged and pushed up. It acts as a seesaw if you step on one side the entire other side of the concrete section pops up high into the air. My wife and I were walking she was thrown off the sidewalk when I stepped on the back section of that piece of sidewalk and had a nasty scrape and bruise. This is VERY DANGEROUS.
