Description

A black Ford SUV with DC GOVERNMENT LICENSE PLATE DC8740 made the illegal right turn at H Street and 7th Street NW just after 8:00 PM. It looked like an undercover police car but didn't have any sirens or lights on. And it parked in a bus stop after. The driver didn't get out or do anything that looked like it coulda been official business. If the police give me tickets for turning there, you better give that guy a ticket too!
