Sensor doesn't work and the light goes through full cycle even with no traffic. Exiting Summergrove at 5AM with no traffic on Lower Fayetteville requires a wait of one minute ad 30 seconds. People are starting to treat the signal as a stop sign. With no traffic one has to wait for a 30 second turn light for eastbound traffic and then a full minute for cross traffic.

This seems to happen every spring and it takes a couple of months to be fixed. It has been going on for a month now.
