Description
Illegal dumping takes place all around Oakland it happens very often. It even happens around my school its mostly bottles, chip bags, broken glass, and cigarettes. I don't like when this happens because it gives our school a bad image so it will be a big help to my school community if some of this trash was taken care of thank you.
