Description

Most of 4th Street between Division Street and Wiconisco Street (2700 Block of 4th Street) is riddled with potholes and cracks and makes for extremely rough driving. There is a particularly bad section that's almost always unavoidable when turning onto 4th Street from Division (only way to avoid it is if the opposing lane on 4th Street is clear long enough to drive around the hole). Vehicle sounds like it's bottoming out every time it hits the section. Not good.
