Public Works didn't do any work in this area during this time frame. This request was forwarded to the Utilities Dept in May for their review.

Pinellas County Public Works assigned this issue to Utilities

Pinellas County Utilities reviewed the pictures of the driveways in the area where this complaint originates We did not have any vehicles off the roadway as our sanitary mains are located in the roadways. We would not have left the roadway for any reason under those circumstances. . Basically all the driveways in this complex look this way. The heavy cracking is not due to vehicle weight causing stress cracks. All these driveways were installed incorrectly. There is not enough expansion joints installed in these very large slabs. The joints would have alleviated the inordinate cracking issues.

This information is not correct. We have an eyewitness who stood by when your large truck backed down our driveway. Your people told me that the repair would be made. Granted, there are numerous cracks on the driveway, but this spot was crushed down and is depressed, where water now pools. I have pictures of the spot and all we were asking is that an area probably 6'x6' be cut out and repaired. It is very depressing to have the County take a position such as this.
