Description

This traffic signal hasn't functioned properly in quite a while. It flashes yellow for traffic traveling on Boices lane and flashes red for traffic coming from John M Clark Rd or from the Office Depot Plaza parking lot. It's sometimes difficult to see what traffic is coming on Boices Lane from the other side of the railroad tracks when crossing into or out of the Office Depot Plaza. This intersection has been difficult to navigate ever since the traffic light stopped functioning as a normal traffic light, and if there have been no accidents as a result of the change I would be surprised.
