Description

I Have been cited twice for an Ice plant growing outside my property the first time I was cited after calling the city and inform them of the safety issue of the over grown plant. the second time 6 days ago I am unfortunately on a deployment to a combat zone. I have tried to keep up with the cleaning of the plant but is getting expensive. I spend about 19 hours cutting and bagging the ice plant that at the end leaves me with about 24 full bags for which I'm charged 3.50 per bag by the trash collection. this plant is growing on city property and I strongly believe that is unfair for me and my family to have to deal with this.
respectfully request the removal of the plant.
thank you for your support on this request.
