To whom it may concern:

Can somebody PLEASE silence the crosswalk signals at the corner of Crown and Orange. They can be heard at all hours of the day from my 3rd story apartment with the windows closed. It is so loud that it requires me to sleep with earplugs and have some sort of white noise during the day to drown out the sound. I reported this issue a little over a month ago, and they were very responsive (which was much appreciated) about lowering the volume on the signals at night. It seemed to make a difference for a week or so, but they are now as loud as before and at all hours. Can you please silence them completely...for the love of God...
