West warren west of livernois in the east bound lane. The pavement has buckled up. It is 6 - 10 inches Above street level & about 10 feet long. It has cost me $145 to reair the damage to the bottom of my transmission. Judging by the scrapes, several other cars have also sustained damnafe. That was over 5 weeks ago and still no repair.
