Description

I cleaned up trash again on Union Street/Vision Trail in between Water Street and Fair Street. As there does not appear to be a public use dumpster in the area, I'd appreciate public works picking up the trash bags. Thanks!

"Address the issue" means that you will put a trash can there and empty it periodically? or what?
