Over the last month, I have a two occasions while driving through downtown where the trolley pub has been parked on the wrong side of the street, facing traffic. One instance also included a rider streaking out between cars just in front of mine to jump back on while running with a full solo cup. I'm all for having fun, but it seems like this whole process needs a review.
