Raleigh Trolley Pub is parked in eastbound lane of West Morgan Street. I don't even get how this is legal. The trolley is parked in a flowing traffic lane and has two dozen people hanging out standing around it screaming. All are drunk. This is not only unsafe, but that whole think is a public nuisance. How does the CoR allow a vehicle moving at 5 mph on a major City street powered by a dozen intoxicated people screaming obscenities allowed? It's only a matter of time before someone is killed. Park in a parking lot if this thing is going to have a wild street party, not in a flowing traffic lane! Someone is going to die and the City of Raleigh will be responsible because there are hundreds of complaints about this trolley, you might as well pass out free liquor to the bicyclists and say the streets are yours.
