Description

Also frost heave cracks across Ludlow near 76 Ludlow Rd and there is a crack/pothole across the base of my driveway on Ludlow -- see picture. When you fix the street, could you also fill in the end of the driveway where the snowplow damaged it? The hole will be enlarged by the water which runs down the hill into the drain at the corner of Ludlow and N. Worthy.

Q. Approximately how large is the pothole?
A. 17" x 33" and 23" x 38" (two holes, 3rd was patched)
Q. Is it in the travel portion of the roadway impeding traffic?
