Description

The property at 4725 Northside Drive NW, Sandy Springs, GA, 30327 is using a number of three foot high sections of steel rebar "stakes" as a protective border where their grass meets the shoulder of Northside Drive. This is an ongoing construction zone as the property owner has been working on an extended landscaping project for the past ~ 20 months. The steel rebar stakes present a considerable danger as a runner, walker or cyclist would be impaled if they were to fall on them. I believe it is also an OSHA violation for exposed rebar to not have a rebar cap in an active construction zone. There are many people including children who walk their dogs, jog and ride their bikes past this property and we are greatly concerned for their safety.
