Description
This is the 2nd time this winter my building has been without heat for several days. According to the NYC.gov building inspector site, the boiler has consistently had defects since 2005. Despite malfunctions during the week, management was unavailable over the weekend and has yet to respond to my complaint as of Monday. This is a chronic problem. I have reported it to 311 several times over the past few years.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

We spoke to someone responsible for your building who said, "we are waiting for a boiler part to be manufactured, and it should be in today or tomorrow."
